Common knowledge of adhesive printing labels

    Update | 1702View

    Adhesive material

Adhesive materials consist of three parts: surface material, adhesive, and base paper.

The label varies depending on the surface material,

It can be divided into high gloss paper, copperplate paper, lightweight copperplate paper, non coated matte paper (writing paper), aluminum foil paper (glossy, matte), fluorescent paper, thermal paper, Prymans film

PE (transparent, synthetic paper, etc.), PET, etc

The label is suitable for different bonding substrates depending on the performance of the adhesive

It can be divided into permanent adhesive, high viscosity adhesive, and removable adhesive (with more than 20 chemical components)

The label varies depending on the base paper,

It can be divided into 95 grams of yellow and white coated base paper, 85 grams of cowhide base paper, 62 grams of Grassin base paper, etc.

    Conventional paper reference

    1. High gloss paper (mirror finish) and copperplate paper are commonly used surface materials, which also have good ink absorption effects. When used in conjunction with some suitable heat transfer printers and carbon ribbons, they can also exhibit excellent performance

Wrong effect. In China, the average price of paper is lower than that of film, so it is widely used.

    2. Lightweight copperplate paper: suitable for automatic labeling machine matching labels.

    3. Aluminum foil paper (glossy, matte): a common label material in the electronic field, characterized by good flatness and stiffness, as well as strong resistance to temperature and corrosion.

    4. Plaimans film, PE (transparent, synthetic paper, etc.), PET: commonly known as "unbreakable", looks like paper, but is a type of film, due to the addition of a

Some components have changed the appearance of the film, but still maintain strong stiffness and good printing performance. They are commonly used in electronics, logistics, medicine, and other industries

    Warm storage industry.

    Roll adhesive label:

    Features:

    A. The roll type label features rounded corners, which are aesthetically pleasing and less prone to warping.

    B. Roll type labels are variable information printed labels.

    C. Roll type labels can be printed according to the quantity required by customers each time, reducing the probability of errors.

    D. The roll type label is one roll for each model label, reducing the probability of mislabeling.

    E. Roll type labels have no waste and are easy to remove.

    F. The batch number and expiration date of the roll label are printed with a barcode printer to improve speed and reduce labor costs.

    G. Roll type labels can be made of copperplate paper, synthetic paper, Yayinlong paper, etc. The label will not get wet or wrinkle at 2-8 degrees.

    H. Roll type labels have changed the shortcomings of previous A4 stickers, with improved quality and lower prices.

What are the storage conditions and precautions for adhesive materials and finished labels?

① The recommended temperature in the warehouse is 22 ℃± 2 ℃, and the relative humidity is 50% ± 5%.

② Materials or labels should be packaged and repackaged after each use.

③ If conditions permit, large rolls of materials should be placed horizontally on shelves. Generally, large rolls of materials should be placed vertically with wooden boards underneath.

④ The printed labels should be stacked horizontally in layers after packaging, and should not be too heavy to prevent adhesive penetration and adhesion.

    ⑤ Prevent direct sunlight exposure.

Adhesive materials and finished labels can be safely stored for one year under the above conditions
